This 90-minute workshop will focus on the value of FNF’s 7 customer standards and our company’s commitment to an exceptional customer experience. All workshop participants will be coached on what it means to commit to a standard, how to deliver a high level of service in every customer interaction, how to build customer and potential customer relationships quickly and easily, phone etiquette techniques, and more!  They will have the opportunity to work in small groups, role play, practice scripting and getting comfortable with picking up the phone. This workshop will also be accompanied by monthly 30-minute accountability calls to ensure implementation of the 7 standards and share and learn from their peers and coaches.
